How does a lesson work?

Every lesson takes place online and is built around you: role-play, real-life scenarios, and always more speaking than theory.

How long does a lesson last?

Usually one hour, but it can also be 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or two 30-minute sessions — we decide together based on your package.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

Yes: subscriptions are monthly and never renew automatically, so you stay free from one month to the next.

Do you work with all English accents?

Yes, I adapt to your destination: British, American, Scottish, Australian... so your ear is ready before you arrive.

Do I need a minimum level?

No, all levels are welcome: the programme adapts to you, not the other way round.

What payment methods are accepted?

By bank transfer, against an invoice.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes, up to 24h before the lesson to reschedule it; after that, the lesson is counted as taken.
